YOYO Support
Help for the YOYO app (YOYO Laos), the YOYO Support staff app and our two stores in Vientiane. Message us on WhatsApp or visit a store; we answer in Lao, English and Chinese.

About YOYO
- YOYO is an independent phone shop. It is not affiliated with, authorized by or endorsed by Apple Inc.
- YOYO is not an Apple Authorized Service Provider. YOYO repairs do not use genuine Apple parts and void any remaining Apple warranty.
Accounts and data
- Customers can ask to delete their app account in the app: My > Settings (gear icon) > Account and personal data.
- Staff accounts are created by the store owner. Employees can ask the owner, or write to wxjpf001@gmail.com, to close their account and delete their data.
- Other ways to delete your data are on the Data deletion page.

- YOYO 是独立手机店，与 Apple Inc. 没有关联，也未获其授权或认可。
- YOYO 不是 Apple 授权服务提供商。YOYO 维修不使用 Apple 原装零件，并会使设备剩余的 Apple 保修失效。
账户与数据
- 客户可以在应用里申请删除账户：我的 > 设置（齿轮图标）> 账户与个人资料。
- 员工账户由店主开通。员工可以向店主提出，或发邮件至 wxjpf001@gmail.com，申请关闭账户并删除数据。
- 其他删除数据的方式见“数据删除”页面。
